Desperate Times is a shmup in which you pilot a ship which can only reload by transforming into another ship. There are currently three (3) levels and a new different ships, assigned randomly on reload.

I remember it quite well when I played this neat bullet hell shooter. <3 First of all, let me congratulate you to the 62th place in the Ludum Dare 35 with this game! It was a blast to witness all the powerful attacks, even though it never felt like I'd be overpowered myself, thanks to all the enemies. :D Also, the pixel art was lovely. You did a great job with this, and that's why I needed to recommend it in a short article and also uploaded a gameplay video of it. :)
